The National Institute of Securities Markets is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets. The institute’s six schools of excellence work in synergy towards creating professionalized securities markets.
ABOUT HVPS COLLEGE OF LAW
Hindi Vidya Prachar Samiti’s (HVPS) College of Law was established in the year 2017 under the HVPS trust with the prime objective of imparting legal education among the masses.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The conference is hosted to develop and sustain interest in competition law and to create a critical mass of antitrust researchers in India.
