About the Organization
The Centre for Criminology, Criminal Justice and Victimology (CCV) has been purposefully established under the able leadership of Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, Vice-Chancellor, RGNUL, to provide critical and necessitated focus towards fostering the objective of carrying fundamental and applied research on the evolving aspects of the transformative criminal justice system including the dimensions of victimology and criminology as particular areas of interest.

Justice J.R. Midha has recently retired from Delhi High Court after serving there as an additional judge from 11th April 2008 and as a permanent Judge from 6th July 2011. During that time Justice Midha actively initiated judicial reforms to speed up the payment of due compensation to the victims of the road accidents. Prior to his elevation, Justice Midha was a practising lawyer for over 26 years. Additionally, Justice Midha has had a great passion for teaching law and has recently joined the Galgotias University as an Advisor/ Professor.
