Vacancy for Legal Position
Deputy Manager (E-1) – Law & Recovery
- No. of Vacancies: Part of 12 positions (SC-02, ST-04, OBC-06 including 03 PwBD)
- Pay Scale: Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000 (IDA pattern 2017)
- Qualifications:
- First class Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
- First class full-time regular LL.B. degree OR First class Five-Year Integrated Law degree with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) from a recognized university or institution.
- Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Upper Age Limit: 31 years (age relaxation applicable as per government rules)
- Nature of Experience:
- Examining and forwarding bank guarantees, agreements, and legal documents
- Reviewing pleadings, applications, replies, affidavits, etc.
- Following up on cases, attending court matters, and liaising with advocates
