The engagement will be on a contractual basis, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the official circular. The Commission will maintain a panel of Legal Consultants to be engaged as and when required.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Should possess LLB degree from any recognized University on the date of advertisement.
Other Conditions:
- Should have good knowledge in computers for preparing documents. PPT presentations, and usage of excel datasheets etc.
- Applications must include a certificate of physical fitness from a recognized medical practitioner.

Terms and Conditions
- The engagement is on a short-term contractual basis, initially for one year, extendable based on performance and requirements.
- The Consultant shall not be entitled to:
- Regular Government employment
- Any allowances (DA, HRA, transport, etc.)
- Gratuity, pension, or Provident Fund benefits
- Engagement is full-time, and no other assignments are permitted during the tenure.
- Confidentiality of documents and official information must be maintained.
