About Senior Advocate Pradeep Rai
Mr. Pradeep Rai is a Senior Advocate and Vice-President of the Supreme Court Bar Association. He is also the Editorial Advisor of APN News. Mr. Rai has over 25 years of standing at the Bar in the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Commissions, Regulatory Bodies and Tribunals. He has an experience in litigation across a wide spectrum of civil, criminal, revenue and constitutional issues. Mr. Rai is the founder of various sub-committees of the Supreme Court Bar Association that includes Grievance Committee, E-Committee, Health Committee, Bar Coordination Committee, Culture Committee and State Sub-Committee.

Internship Experience
This internship experience is shared by Ms. Neha Bharadwaj, a 2nd year student at Institute of Law, Nirma University.
Work Alloted:
The interns were divided into many groups, and each group was assigned different tasks. All the interns were required to find the cases from different High Court and sometimes district court websites. We were asked to do a pre-reading of the case, write a case synopsis, and attend the court proceedings. We were also sometimes required to write the case summary as well. We were also assigned to do some research work related to famous landmark judgements.
Mode of Allocation:
Due to COVID-19, the internship was in virtual mode. All the work that was allotted was through their official WhatsApp groups.
