Job Responsibilities
- Legal Research & Drafting:
- Scrutiny of petitions and legal documentation.
- Drafting affidavits, replies, and rejoinders for Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Assisting in framing regulations and drafting orders.
- Ensuring compliance with power sector laws.
- Litigation Support:
- Attending court hearings and assisting in legal case preparations.
- Monitoring litigation cases in Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), High Courts, and Supreme Court.
