About Pixelvide, Hyderabad
We are “Pixelvide“. We are a smart governance start-up based out of Hyderabad, we are a group of tech enthusiasts with a vision to help governments get better at public administration. How do we do it? We research, identify and solve problems that are internal and external to the government processes and make them efficient with the help of technology. A little bit more.. and also what would you be working on?
We are a BITS-Pilani Alum start-up founded in 2012, we are currently a 100+ member, bootstrapped, close knit team working on tech projects across different verticals in the government space.
If you’re one of us you’d be currently working on solutions like Comprehensive Financial management systems in the Fin-Tech sector, building AMR systems in the electricity field, developing systems to give conclusive land titles to land owners in India and a few more interesting IoT projects in the defense space.
Job Description
- He/she will be a member of the land due diligence and compliance team.
- He/she will have to engage in extensive research in all land related laws of Andhra Pradesh. He/she should examine and verify appropriate land records, registered deeds and survey documents.
- He/she shall undertake a detailed and thorough title search to prepare the relevant title flow and title report.
Minimum qualification:
- Bachelors of Law.
- 2-3 years experience in real estate and lands laws in Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
- Previous work experience in a law firm or under individual practitioners engaged in real estate, title search and land laws in Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
- Expert knowledge in land title search, drafting title reports and creating title flow.
- Well versed with classification of different lands in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana and proficient in verifying corresponding land records.
- Extensive experience and strong skills in research and due diligence.
- Proficient in reading and writing Telugu.
