Gujarat High Court Advocates Association writes to the Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court regarding the violation of Gujarat High Court (Live Streaming of Court Proceedings) Rules, 2021

President of the Gujarat High Court Bar Association and Sr. Adv. Asim Pandya points that the Association has been receiving complaints regarding High Court's live streaming on a daily basis.

The Letter further alleges that such channels are involved in unauthorized copying, editing, uploading and circulating videos of court proceedings.

According to the Letter, live streaming cases of sexual assault cases, POCSO, Habeas Corpus, matrimonial disputes violates Rule 4 of the Livestreaming Rules, 2021 and Fundamental Rights.
