About CTIL
(CTIL, or Centre) was created in 2016 by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, in pursuit of its objective of developing international trade and investment law capacity in India. The Centre is a part of the Centre for Research in International Trade (CRIT) at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
About the Internship Program
The Centre for Trade and Investment Law offers internship opportunities to undergraduate and postgraduate students of Law to enable them to gain practical experience in international trade and investment law issues.
An internship at CTIL is a perfect opportunity to explore emerging areas of international trade and investment law and can be a stepping stone for career opportunities in this area.
About the Work
Interns at CTIL work on a range of issues in international economic law and policy, including the WTO covered agreements, preferential trade agreements, international trade regulations and international investment law, at CTIL’s Research Division.
Eligibility
- UG and PG students of Law
- Students who are in the advanced stages of their degree programme
- Preference will be given to students who have completed courses in WTO law and Public International Law
